In the evening on January 8, 2018, M/V “Hansa Meersburg” was going to take berth at wharf E11 of Keelung port, yet accidentally hit the wharf and crashed the gantry crane, resulted in hundreds of millions of losses. As per instruction given, we immediately attended to conduct investigation on the cause of allision incident, extents of damage and scopes of damage repairs. We also assisted intensively in verifying losses of affected containers as well as Owners’ handling the settlement issues.
