M/V "Morning Sun" went aground

On November 10, 2008, M/V "Morning Sun" sailed from Singapore for Korea, the vessel went aground enroute from Keelung OPL to Taipei Port. We were instructed to conduct survey on cause of grounding incident of vessel, monitor oil cleaning works as well as investigate into fishery loss arisen from the grounding incident.
